Just like the name says, Full Video Converter is a very complete conversion program to change between different video file formats, and also includes some great extra features like the ability to edit those videos, edit sound and animated image files (gif).
As far as its primary function goes, Full Video Converter allows you to convert a video file from one format to another, including high-definition formats. Or, you can convert to the common formats, like AVI, MPEG, WMV, DivX, etc., perhaps to save some space on your hard drive, or so you can play them on a device that only allows specific video formats.
Besides those “basic” format converter functions, Full Video Converter also allows you to take a set of shots from a video, which you can then use to create a whole other video, even adding sound in the very same program. On the other hand, if what you want to do is extract the audio from a video file, for example, to get a song track from a music video, that can also be done with this program. It should be noted, though, that this download is for a trial/demo version of Full Video Converter, so there might be some limitations.
